Onyx Group owns and operates one of the region's leading Apple repair facilities. Based in Team Valley, Gateshead, we service clients throughout the North East through our purpose-built anti-static workshop facilities.

As Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASP) we look after warranty repairs, out of warranty repairs and repairs through the extended AppleCare Service Agreement.

Onyx Group employs 30+ skilled engineers in the North East and have around 100 staff throughout the UK. We have a dedicated Technical Support helpdesk manned from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, ready to take your calls.

Of course we also have the very best, fully accredited Apple technicians working from our purpose-built workshop facilities. We provide service for:-
